If you wish to place an order for customized candles then you can send a request here. Payment needs to be made in full by the date on the invoice. Expected delivery date will be advised and added to the invoice notes. Design ideas and changes cannot be made once the invoice is issued. This is due to us saving painting capacity based on the design chosen, ensuring enough time to paint the items, and not impacting other customer’s orders.  Your right of cancellation in respect of such orders ceases upon our acceptance of your order and payment. We cannot provide a design for pre-approval unless you are placing over 20 pieces on a customized candle.
